Kim is a proactive and results-driven leader who motivates her team to continually pursue excellence. She is constantly seeking out new ways to optimize operations and improve customer satisfaction, staying ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies. Kim adds tremendous value to the Multifamily Mindset as the Director of Fulfillment, with over 20 years of residential and commercial lending experience.
Kim is dedicated to and committed to the process as she is constantly continuing to grow herself for overall success. She demonstrates by now holding two degrees in both accounting and business management while being a mother of 3. Kim believes it is never too late to create greatness and will be working tirelessly to improve product and service quality for our coaches and students.
Discipline, accountability & humble are three characteristics that describe Adam very well and also make him an expert at his position with Multifamily Mindset as a Mindset & Accountability Specialist. He makes himself available to students to assist them in their journey toward improving their mindset, enhancing their belief & finding direction in life. Adam’s primary objective is to help people lead a fulfilling life by sharing his time, knowledge on multifamily investing & holding students accountable to take ownership of their lives to achieve their goals.
Adam is all about Owning the Outcome because he has the power to create and knowing that is critical in his pursuit of being the writer of his own story. As Adam writes his story some of his major highlights are graduating from Fort Hays State University with a degree in Business as an academic All-American on the university’s football team and completing the Dale Carnegie Course in 2021. Goal driven by his bodacious ambition of owning a house with lots of land in the mountains plentiful with rivers and lakes to fuel his passion of aimlessly adventuring through nature.
One way to identify a great coach is to seek out someone who has been there and done it before, and that is exactly what qualifies Brady as an Acquisitions Specialist for The Multifamily Mindset. In Brady’s real estate experience he has been a general partner on 3 deals totaling 360 units, has helped in varying capacities on 7 acquisitions and 1 disposition, and has consulted on dozens of acquisitions within the Multifamily Mindset’s network. Along with general coaching and acquisitions coaching, Brady focuses on preparing investors to be successful when submitting LOI’s and closing deals. Owning the outcome is Brady’s mission as he tracks deals going on in the Multifamily Mindset’s network and supports students who are successful.
Outside of the Multifamily Mindset, Brady is a proud husband and father. He is a graduate from Utah Valley University, home of the wolverines, earning an A.S. Degree in Business Management and serves in the Utah Army National Guard. Brady helps people realize their infinite potential and plans to take that superpower to the next level by starting a nonprofit that helps immigrants find success in the United States.
Meg’s growth mindset is one to applaud considering her progression and the impact she has made on The Multifamily Mindset’s network. Originally, Meg was hired as an Office Manager but has since secured her position as an Accountability Coach to enhance belief within our students. As an Accountability Coach, she works with students on challenges that arise within their daily habits and mindset to keep them engaged, motivated and excited to take action in crushing their goals!
Meg has been strengthening her mindset for nearly a decade, which has helped her become who she is today. You can find Meg adventuring through the Utah Wasatch Mountains and then winding down with a home-cooked meal with her two dogs, Kashmir (Wire Hair Terrier) and Sammy Davis Jr (Pomchi).
As an Education Specialist for Multifamily Mindset, Hunter has a massive impact on our students & investors through their journey of obtaining success. Hunter plays a pivotal role in setting up the framework for the student journey as well as creating & modifying all of the curriculum. We trust Hunter with managing this project because of his passion & extensive knowledge within the real estate industry; 5+ years of real estate experience that includes real estate development, property management, asset management & acquisitions. He also has 360 units in assets under management.
Hunter holds a Bachelors of Business Administration in Finance and Accounting with a minor in entrepreneurship from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. He is an adventurer at heart having traveled to 5 different countries, and has the ambition dream of visiting the Seven Wonders of the World.
Jordan has an abundance of knowledge and experience when it comes to the finance realm of real estate. As a coach, she enhances investors and students ability to analyze multifamily investment opportunities to determine the financial feasibility of acquiring a deal. Jordan is one of those “Swiss Army Knife” type of employees by adding value in various areas of The Multifamily Mindset. She helps develop methods of education to ensure the best support for students, and helps with event planning with the ambition to provide opportunities for investors to gain knowledge on multifamily investing.
Jordan’s eyes are set on the future as she is working to put her craft to work in order to obtain financial freedom by reaching her goal of owning 500 units. She is also a modern day nomad with moving 20 times in her 26 years of life. Jordan’s mission is to grow with an abundant mindset along with inspiring everyone around her to do the same through kindness and her infectious smile.

When you think of a team player you look to Brandon Swindall as a prime example. As one of the Underwriting & Acquisitions Specialists for The Multifamily Mindset, Brandon provides an unmeasured amount of value to our students and investors. Brandon leads by example as he has played a role on one deal thus far, but he wont stop there as he is actively THINKING BIGGER to achieve his goals!
He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Utah State University while also gaining the experience of being a student athlete within the university’s football program. Brandon’s competitive nature sets him apart from the rest by striving for greatness everyday, and living with MF AOHA to make a positive impact on the world. He is also an animal lover by caring for 2 dogs and 4 horses.
Frankie’s first priority is the students and investors of The Multifamily Mindset by leading the customer support team with an abundant mindset along with the rest of our core values MF ALOHA. Frankie is our point person when it comes to onboarding students after purchasing a 3 day workshop event and/or The Multifamily Mindset mentorship program. She leads her team to ensure all incoming communication is met with Aloha and provides value to students with all their needs.
Along with being a leader of professionals, Frankie also plays the role of mom to her two daughters. Her love for working with Multifamily Mindset has inspired her to begin her investment journey and to visit Greece!

Tiffany is one of the first team members our students interact with when making the decision to be a part of The Multifamily Mindset’s workshop, hosted in various cities around the country. She plays an integral part on the team by creating profiles, communicating via email to send valuable information, and follows up with a warm welcome to the network!
Passion is what drives Tiffany to be the person who she is today. She focuses on learning 100% and implementing it into her own life with the ambition to help others. Her dream is to visit Japan to indulge in the culture, cuisine, and the automotive community. Mahalo means gratitude, and that is exactly what Tiffany aims to live her life by; by being grateful for the opportunities that will come her way.

Stephanie is the type of customer service professional who always has the student’s best interest at heart. She is first to the line of communication to ensure students and their guests are set up for success leading up to one of our 3 Day Workshops. Stephanie is there to answer questions & to help guide students to the appropriate person to answer questions she may not know with the ambition to be an excellent team member.
Ohana is Stephanie’s favorite core value and she shows it everyday as she will always be there for anyone, especially within the Multifamily Mindset’s network. A lover of life with the mission to pour into others to guide others to success!

Customer Support is Zak’s job title, but he is much more than just that. Not only does Zak make sure students are attending the Fast Track events, but also helps students through challenges they may be facing in the mentorship, navigate the PATH & so much more.
Zak is a first generation American with the ambition to LEAD his family to financial freedom by purchasing his first multifamily property. We are ecstatic to have such a driven individual on the Multifamily Mindset team to pour into our students and exude MF ALOHA everywhere he goes!

Will’s profession has him working behind the scenes on The Multifamily Mindset’s Content Team as the Copywriter/Content Specialist. He provides much value to the team by assisting in the creation of content for the audiences of Multifamily Mindset, The Growthcast, Tyler Deveraux, and Multifamily Capital Partners across a variety of media platforms. With Will’s ability to extensively research relevant topics and trends we are able to create compelling content that inspires our audience to grow and THINK BIGGER.
Not only does Will do all this for Multifamily Mindset, but he is also the president/player for the Baton Rouge Tigers (local amateur AFL team), plays the role of social media manager and business strategists for his passion project, Blackwater Voyages (luxury sailing experience), and a fitness enthusiast by training for a various endurance sports/races.
The value Strat brings to the Multifamily Mindset is much more than just pointing a camera and capturing the moment, but also being a part of the moment for the sake of authenticity. He brings creative and compelling video concepts to life on various social media platforms. His passion and expertise for content creation generates high-quality video content that engages and resonates with our audience.
A true adventurer and free spirit who believes that anything is possible with an abundant mindset. He has proven this by marrying the love of life, earning a #1 spot on ESPN’s Top 10 Plays of the Week & being a part of countless social media stunts gaining millions of views across various platforms. Growth is also on Strat’s mind as he is seeking to become a general partner on his first multifamily deal to enhance his real estate career with ambition to generate passive income to fulfill his purpose. Raif is a young entrepreneur making a deep impact for the team as the Technology’s Administrator. Raif’s keen eye to troubleshoot technology issues for all departments is where he provides the most amount of value to the team. Whether it be finding solutions within our CRM, managing spreadsheets for our Investor Relations team, or just simply plugging in the coffee machine, Raif is our point person with ensuring our tech is running smoothly.
Raif joins the team after graduating a year early from high school, and is currently learning how to code for various hosts. He is very grateful, and deeply enjoys working for such a wonderful and caring organization that pushes him to greater heights!

Sophie adds tremendous value to the team acting as the Executive Assistant (EA) to The Multifamily Mindset’s CFO, Todd Millar. Sophie’s attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond her required responsibilities sets her apart from most making her an key player to The Multifamily Mindset’s team.
Since graduating high school in May of 2022, Sophie has made the cross country move to Orlando, FL from Orem, UT to continue her growth journey with The Multifamily Mindset. She is a young ambitious entrepreneur with the goal to start investing and buy her own house. Sophie is proud of her cute Bernedoodle puppy, Scout, and loves all animals.
Rocio provides tremendous value to the Multifamily Mindset team as an Executive Assistant, specifically to Managing Partner, Ryan Woolley, but doesn’t stop there as she is always there to assist anyone. Based at our brand new office in Orlando, FL she acts as the communication barrier between executives, team members and students.
Gratitude, purpose & growth is on the forefront of Rocio’s mind as she works to honor these characteristics every day. Rocio holds a Masters in Education & Social Studies and is fluent in English & Spanish. She has a deep passion for travel and the ocean as she loves to experience marine life. Rocio is also an entertainer being a former musical theater performer.

Marcus joins the MF Capital Partners team with a wealth of real estate knowledge and various software certifications. Cyndi is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to real estate & entrepreneurship with over 25+ years of experience. She has invested primarily in real estate spanning 14 markets in 9 states. Her focus has been acquiring properties with value-add in multifamily, single family, commercial & hospitality. She shares her knowledge and expertise with the Multifamily Mindset’s network as a Strategist/Coach with the goal of helping students conceive, believe and achieve their greatest potential.
Aside from Cyndi’s accolades she also has earned a BS Materials Engineering, Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, a MS Systems Engineer, San Jose State University, and a MBA, San Jose State University. Cyndi lives with an abundance mindset with continued personal, financial & spiritual growth in her life. She was also known as the Disco Diva, spinning tunes of the 70s on KCPR and has a few published articles in technical trade magazines as an engineer.

Beginning her career in Emergency Trauma, Melissa’s passion for working with people and solving problems in the midst of chaos was clearly visible. After over a decade as a highly-trained servant in the medical world, she stumbled into multifamily. Not only did she discover that multifamily offered her and her family a more financially secure future, but she also found that her passion for serving, educating, and helping others was in great demand to meet the individual needs of investors. After making the leap into real estate, she immediately excelled. Melissa’s patience, and ability to lead and provide guidance to others while utilizing her stability in the midst of endless moving parts (chaos), were all critical to serving the needs of investors and ongoing investor relationships. As VP of Investor Relations, Melissa educates investors to make the best decisions and ensures they feel confident surrounding their choice by providing the proper facts and figures needed to make the most sound, strategic investments. Since joining the company, Melissa has more than doubled the company’s total capital raised, deploying just under $100MM, and has assisted in quadrupling assets under management to nearly $400MM; even as Covid was causing devastating effects on business and the economy. Under Melissa’s direction, every dollar deployed represents a strategic, fiscally sound partnership between passive investors and our management team. “At MFCP, our investor’s needs always come first,” says Melissa, “As a fiduciary financial advisor, my job is to stay objective in helping investors determine what investment strategy best fits their goals, whether it’s in line with the opportunity we currently have available or not.” Melissa is backed by not only the expertise of MF Capital Partner’s long-time experience in multifamily acquisition, management, and high-yield dispositions but as being one of the top industry leaders in multifamily education, as well.
